Canadian Orders
and international Orders: We will delete the
USA shipping charges that appear on the online order checkout and charge you
International shipping charges plus a $3.00 handling charge. |

After weighing the
package we will email you with the shipping/handling cost for your approval before
shipping. |
 | If the
package can be shipped by Flat
Rate Global Priority Mail ($9.95 Canada and $11.95 for other
International countries) then
we will not ask for your approval and just ship to you. If the items do not fit in a Flat Rate Global Priority Mail,
then the only other way we will ship International packages is by
Insured Global Airmail Parcel Post. |
 | For
some countries the only way we will ship is by Global Express (EMS) which will run about
$25.00 or more for a one pound package. These are the countries
where regular Air Mail packages cannot be insured or there is no Global
Priority to that area. |

Please answer our emails for approval of shipping
costs as we will only hold your package for 2 weeks. Please put
sales@quiltknit.com and
equiltstore@cox-internet.com in your
address book so that the spam blockers and junk mail collectors do not
block our emails to you. |
 | Credit cards only
will be accepted for International orders. |
 | All duties and taxes
incurred in your country are the responsibility of the buyer. |
 | You have 30 days to return a product you are not satisfied with. Call our
toll free number 1-888-917-7847 to get a return authorization. You will be issued a credit for the item on
your charge card that is on file for the purchase. Refunds will not be
given for shipping/handling charges. |
 | The product must be in
original condition and packaging. All items returned are subject to
a 20% restocking fee. |
 | Because of copyright laws,
books and patterns cannot be returned. If you feel a need for
returning a book for some reason as it was messed up in shipping, please
call to discuss this matter. Patterns are very seldom messed up in
shipping so should never have a problem |
 | We do not accept returns on cut fabric.
If the fabric has a defect that we may have overlooked, please call our
toll free number above to discuss this with us. |
 | Sale items may not be
returned. |
 | Sometimes mistakes happen, if you get the wrong product or fabric call
our toll free number above as soon as possible and it will be taken care of. |
 | Our minimum cut is
1/2 yard. Please be aware that all orders received under our minimum cut
will be increased to 1/2 yard. |

 | If your product arrived broken, let us know, it will be replaced. |
 | Sales tax will be calculated for Louisiana customers. |
