A dual-purpose ruler designed to let you use the vertical, horizontal and diagonal lines to square up any 6½" pieced, appliquéd or embroidered block.  To fussy cut, center a design in the 1" to 6" solid squares.  The drilled holes at 1½" to 5½" increments lets you mark and add the seam allowance to fussy cut pieces.
