Impressionist Stained Glass is an excitingly simple approach to applique quilt design that creates the impression of stained glass without the formal lines of bias tape. If you can trace, cut, and press you can make a beautiful stained glass quilt! Colored pieces of fabric are fused directly to a background of black fabric. The gaps left between the colored fabrics create the stained glass leading. Because this method creates leading that is only 1/8 inch wide, a lot of wonderful detail can be added to the design. Soft cover, 4 pages and full size pull out patterns.
